Quality Policy

Mission:

Our products are the result of joint efforts, the source of our company's development and prosperity. The participation of all personnel in the quality assurance activities will make it possible for the company to strengthen its position in the market place and to improve its authority among our customers.

Quality principles used to implement the objectives defined above:

The management of the company assures its customers and personnel that they will implement the following quality principles forming the basis of this Policy, in a planned and insistent manner:
  • Definition and satisfaction of changing customer requirements for quality management systems, processes and products and, therefore, widening of the range of products;
  • Focus on continual improvement of product quality;
  • Reduction of production costs through optimization of manufacturing processes;
  • Conformance of the Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000;
  • Prevention of management and engineering decisions having a negative impact on the product quality level;
  • Clear allocation of responsibilities and authorities among personnel involved in quality;
  • Creation of the atmosphere of involvement of all personnel in the results of the company's activities.

Quality tools used to implement the Quality Policy:

  • " Involvement of suppliers of raw materials in quality improvement activities;
  • " Continuous evaluation and analysis of customer requirements and satisfaction;
  • " Systematic improvement of skills of all personnel;
  • " Making decisions based on data and information analyses;
  • " Prevention of identified product non-conformances and defects from recurrence;
  • " Evaluation of opportunities and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems;
  • " Development of new markets through market study;
  • " Aspiration to identify and rectify root causes of non-conformances and to prevent potential non-conformances.
Each employee is responsible for product quality and is a customer or a supplier with relation to other employees of the company.
Management at all levels (from top managers to foremen) bear personal responsibility for product quality.
The management of JSC "Uralredmet" undertakes to create conditions ensuring conscious involvement of personnel in the quality management process and assumes responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy and for the continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
